Our deepest intention is to guide each person toward true coherence and fulfillment, so they may feel fully seen, cherished, and empowered to live their soul’s purpose. We believe that when every heart experiences genuine connection, unity, and joy, the world becomes a place where compassion and reverence flourish for all forms of life. Together, we co-create a reality rooted in love, respect, and the radiant melody of Christ Consciousness, helping every soul embody its highest essence.

Branding

When people first see or hear about FROS-HA, their hearts are instantly drawn in – they feel a gently pull, a wave of excitement, joyful curiosity, and a sense of wonder, as if remembering something sacred and true. Crossing into FROS-HA or stepping onto its blessed grounds, a deep inspiration blossoms within them. They are uplifted by the breathtaking beauty, and at the same time, wrapped in an awefilled peace that lets their soul exhale in relief. In the embrace of FROS-HA’s energy, every person feels cherished, held, and deeply seen. The space radiates a rich, magnetic resonance – a sanctuary where the energy is soothing, nurturing and safe, yet at the same moment, radiantly uplifting, inviting each soul to expand to its fullness. Finances and Sales

Finances are organized and managed via QBO. An external accountant reviews and finalizes the books each month.

Sales Strategy: currently this is only the marketing strategy with only the art business line operational.

Once open on campus, the sales strategy will involve several revenue streams:

  1. Art Sales – 20% net to business

    • Attract quality and aligned artists who are not duplicated in galleries nearby

    • Social media and events primarily to promote art sales

    • Artist on site 1-2x/year to promote their own work

  2. Practice space rental

    • Attract quality and aligned practitioners to rent space on a regular, monthly basis

    • ‘Advertise’ through professional networking for practitioners that are in ‘gap’ service areas/offerings

    • Create intentional community of renting practitioners

  3. Event space and Class space rental

    • Attract quality and aligned practitioners and artists to rent space for events and for regular class offerings

    • ‘Advertise’ through professional networking for practitioners and artists for classes desired or events desired

    • Create intentional community for instructors

  4. Sales of Wholesale Items

    • Social media and product positioning to promote wholesale sales

    • Connect wholesale items to practitioner referrals for items

  1. Pricing is competitive in the market. Art sales commission is lower than most galleries. This is intentional to both give artists just starting out an easier way to sell their art and also because we want to capture the energy of the artist and are requiring them to be at the gallery at least twice per year to teach or promote their art.

  2.  Financial blockages – not that I am aware of for the business. I am working to manifest financial abundance to meet the goals of my soul plan of having multiple centers around Oregon.

  3. Financial Plan:

    1. Opening Stage: initially generates enough money to cover expenses; artists and practitioners build customer base, business builds repeat customer relationships;

    2. Stabilizing Stage: next, practitioners are consistently full, space is optimally utilized at minimally 80% occupancy, classes are optimized at 80% available time slots. Art sales are steady and consistent, averaging $8,000/month.

    3. Growth Stage: practitioners are consistently full; space is fully utilized with a waiting list for practitioners who wish to utilize space; classes and events are 100% optimized with a waiting list for classes and events that providers wish to share via FROS-HA. Art sales are climbing, averaging $10,000/month.

    4. Maintenance Stage: practitioners remain stable with little turnover and are consistently full of clients; space is fully utilized and the wait list is effective in filling any missing times or spaces; classes and events are 100% optimized with limited turn-over. Demand exceeds capacity. Art sales are steady, averaging $15,000/month.

    5. Expansion Stage: New second (or third) location is opened in Soul directed location (Portland, Bend). Each location goes through the steps of the cycle from start up to maintenance.

    6. Cycle Repeats for each new location

    7. New Offering and Maintaining Coherence Stage: the work will be around either continued replication and expansion, expansion of new technology and sales of that technology (Crystalline, harmonic healing) and prevent decline of offerings, energy or quality of services or center. Sales at each location continue at Maintenance Stage levels and sales of the new offering goes through the stages of opening through maintenance. This stage can be repeated with multiple new offerings or technologies as Soul guided and spirit led.
